1962 Chevrolet Corvette

62 Corvette that has just been updated with Wilwood disc brakes, Vintage A/C, Optimum battery, front axle is all new,(with rack and pinion power steering), from hub to hub. New digital clock, new fuel pump, new spark plugs. Has L98 Aluminum heads, fuel injection, Chevrolet 5.7 engine in it, engine and tranny were purchased from GM new in early 2000, has a new700R4 tranny which was installed at the same time. March pulley system was also installed. Speedometer was reworked in early 2000 and it only has 269 miles on it, as well as the engine and tranny. All Gauges work, new Ididit steering column, upgraded American Racing rims with B F Goodrich white letter tires. New leather seat covers, springs, padding, and burlap. Seats were taken apart and the surface rust was addressed and treated with, KBS rust Blast and Eastwood rust encapsulate. Newer paint job. Upgraded classic am/FM cd radio system. Carpet was removed and layer of dynamat was placed all throughout, including behind the seats and in behind kick panels. Then another 1/4inch layer of one side stick on insulation pad throughout! Convertible top is in good condition. New glove box lock, felt was glued inside the glove box. 4 new door panel red reflectors were installed. Trunk carpet was removed and trunk area addressed with cleaning and paint, carpet placed back in. Under deck where Convertible top hides was also cleaned and painted! Dynamite was put on the wall separating the trunk and Convertible storage area. I have the paperwork for all restoration work that took place in early 2000 and in 2022.
